Today's Announcement:
Our Food
First off, in answer to the question we are forever asked: since there's a Sligo man in the kitchen, ALL of our food is authentically Irish!
In Ireland, all generations and all walks of life gather together at their local pub to eat and drink in comfort and good company. We have endeavored to create the same atmosphere here in America, so our menu allows those who prefer a quality steak or fine seafood to sit at table with those who prefer simple pub fare, all finding something to suit their taste. And of course, there's plenty on the menu to please the kids.
Whenever possible we use locally raised meats and produce.
Despite what our mamies told about about finishing what's put in front of you, we recognize and respect that people have dietary restrictions. Look for this icons to help you make your selection, and be sure to let your server know if you have any food allergies. Our man in the kitchen will be delighted to do everything he (or she) can to accommodate you.

For a brief period at the turn of this century, Ireland's economy roared to life for the first time in history. The co-called Celtic Tiger brought about many wonderful changes, including a resurgence of high-quality small-batch food producers, many of them single farms or single families. This included, we are happy to say, a number of outstanding new cheesemakers. The Tiger may have turned tail of late, but the quality food market continues on and is still going strong. We are proud to serve one of the most diverse selections of Irish cheeses in the state, together with fine cheeses from around the world...including those of a certain state with a bit of a cheese reputation of its own.

Ask your server if there are any secret indulgences that didn't make it onto the menu or Specials board. A pleasant little surprise is the perfect ending to any meal.

There used to be a joke that in America you had twenty kinds of lettuce and one kind of bacon and in Ireland we had one kind of lettuce and twenty kinds of bacon...but many Irish chefs now proudly serve cuisine that does no harm to friends furry or otherwise. We are among them. These items will allow you to look your pets squarely in the eye upon your return home.
